Eat Greek Restaurant is ideally situated on the bank of the Swan River in East Fremantle. The Mykonos room features full length windows overlooking the river and Aquarama marina.
From formal weddings, Birthday parties to corporate cocktail parties and confrernces, Eat Greek Restaurant will be the place to entertain your friends and or clients.
THE MYKONOS ROOM
Our function room, the Mykonos Room, is a large air-conditioned room with two small deck areas with French doors that face towards the river. There is also a larger deck off to one side. The function room can accommodate 120 guests (including a dance floor, band and/or buffet) seated for a formal dinner or 150 guests for a cocktail party. Room hire is $500 this includes setting up as per your requirements, white linen tablecloths, white linen napkins, placing of your name cards and flexible table sizes (round tables can be provided at a cost of $15 each). If you would like to have dancing, a dance floor will need to be installed at a cost of $10 per square metre.

We offer a smaller version of our restaurant buffet in the Mykonos room, for a minimum of 85 guests at $65.00 per person, we invite you to choose 4 cold dishes/salads, 8 hot dishes and 4 desserts from the menu below.

This buffet will be set up in the area that your party is being held and run for one and a half hours. Confirmation of numbers and full payment is required two weeks prior to the function, regret no refunds.

Our friendly staff will serve your guests drinks as arranged (please see beverage packages) to a minimum of 80 guests and minimum order of 10 platters.

BEVERAGE OPTIONS
There are 2 ways for you to provide beverages for your guests.
RUN A TAB – Choose certain wines, beers, spirits (if you wish) and soft drinks from our Beverage List to offer to your guests and pay for what is ordered on the night. A credit card imprint is to be provided at the start of the function so that the account can be finalised at the end of the function.
BEVERAGE PACKAGE – Choose one of the two options listed below of our reasonably priced beverage packages. This is a great way to know exactly what your cost for beverages will be for the function. Our beverage packages are set out on the following page.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Management is required by law to ensure that it is a responsible server of alcohol (even your BYO wine) and has the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person who is deemed intoxicated or disorderly or who may do harm to themselves, other persons or property.
Guests under the age of 18 must not consume alcohol on licensed premises under any circumstances and management reserves the right to require appropriate photo identification. Any person found supplying alcohol to an underage person will be immediately asked to leave the premises.
The maximum time for functions is five hours and functions must finish at 12 midnight in accordance with local authority guidelines.
EAT GREEK RESTAURANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE MYKONOS FUNCTION ROOM
Bookings
Bookings will be held for a period of seven days and will be automatically cancelled unless the required deposit is received as confirmation.
Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of signed Terms and Conditions Form and payment of a non-refundable holding fee of $750 This Deposit comes off your final account when the function proceeds.
Confirmation of Numbers and Final Payment
Confirmation of numbers, menu and beverage requirements and full payment is required at least fourteen days prior to the function. If payment is not received, the function will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited.
An imprint of the Hirer’s credit card is required on the day of the function for any late charges or damage.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your function after the deposit has been paid, the full fee will be retained. All further deposits will be refunded in full only when confirmation of the cancellation has been received in writing at least thirty days prior to the function date.
Management may at any time cancel any agreement for hiring of the restaurant for a function if the restaurant has reason to believe that a specific event will affect the smooth running of the restaurant, its security or its reputation. Such action would be taken only in the event of extreme necessity and notice of cancellation will be given at the earliest possible date and any amount paid by way of holding fee or deposit will be refunded in full.
Public Holiday
A 20% surcharge applies to all prices on public holidays.
Damages
Missing items or any damage to the restaurant’s facilities, furnishings or fittings will be charged to the Hirer (including damage made by candle wax on linen or carpet). This includes repairs, labour or replacement as deemed necessary by management.
Hirer’s Property
Management takes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any equipment or property belonging to the Hirer or their guests left at the restaurant prior, during or after the function.
Decorations
Management must approve all decorations. Nothing is to be attached to the walls, furnishings or fittings. Any damage will be charged to the Hirer. The Hirer must remove all decorations after the function.
Confetti, Rice, Glitter
Confetti, rice, glitter or similar items are not permitted in or around the restaurant. If such items are used, the additional cleaning costs will be charged to the Hirer.
Times
Lunchtime functions may start from 11.30am onwards but you are required to vacate the area by 4.30pm. Evening functions may start from 6pm but if you choose to start later, you are required to vacate the area at midnight due to local council policies and the proximity of local residents.
Please note that functions are limited to five hour duration.
Responsible Service of Alcohol

Entertainment
DJs and other entertainers are permitted when you have exclusive use of the venue however Management reserves the right to control the volume and all music is to be approved by Management. If you have a band or DJ, you must have a dance floor in the function room, the cost is $10 per square metre.
Pricing
Food and beverage availability is subject to seasonal variations. We will do our best to match what was initially agreed to but please understand that this is not always possible. Management reserves the right to alter the price of the food and beverage menus due to unforeseen supplier or industry increases provided we advise you thirty days prior to the function.
Smoking
WA law prohibits smoking in any part of our venue. The only exceptions are the smoking balcony which is situated off the function room or outside in the carpark.
